Colibri Digital Brand rollout

Brief

Implement the new brand across the organisation by developing a suite of templates and collateral that are accessible, user-friendly, and practical for employees to use in day-to-day operations.

Action taken

Introduce a refreshed brand system for Colibri Digital that could be easily adopted across the organisation, ensuring consistency and usability for a fully remote team. The project involved developing a full suite of branded templates and assets, designed specifically for use in Google Docs, Google Slides, and Canva to support everyday communication, presentations, and social content creation.

To support effective adoption, clear usage guidelines were created covering everything from internal documentation and marketing materials to event collateral and branded merchandise. These guidelines ensured that all teams could confidently apply the new identity across a wide range of touchpoints.

Compatibility with AI tools, such as Google Workspace integrations, was considered from the start—ensuring templates were optimised for evolving workflows and automation.

Email marketing templates were also produced using Microsoft Dynamics, carefully aligned with the website’s visual language. Layouts and imagery were adapted from the CMS to ensure a seamless and coherent experience across digital channels.

Stakeholder engagement was managed through a clear timeline of deliverables, review points, and approvals. I was tasked with keeping the rollout on track while balancing internal resource limitations and external agency coordination.
