Nasstar Brand rollout

Brief

Roll out the new brand identity company-wide through the development of user-friendly templates and clear, practical brand guidelines. This included templates for internal and external communications, as well as assets for events, merchandise, and imagery. The goal was to ensure consistency, accessibility, and ease of use across all teams and touchpoints.

Action taken

Deliver a company-wide brand template rollout for Nasstar, coordinated through a structured timeline presented to stakeholders. Key milestones were set for review, amends, and sign-off to ensure the project stayed on track. I was tasked with balancing agency management, internal resources, and day-to-day business operations.

As a remote-first organisation, accessibility and ease of use were critical. Templates were developed for Microsoft Office applications (Word and PowerPoint) and Canva, supporting both internal documentation and social media usage. Integration with Microsoft Copilot was a consideration from the outset, with templates designed to support AI-assisted workflows.

For email marketing, templates were created in Microsoft Dynamics, ensuring easy access for the marketing team. These designs were visually aligned with the website’s UI, with imagery and layout elements translated directly from the CMS to maintain consistency across all touchpoints.
